On the morning of January 15, 2026, at the year-end conference on the “All People Protecting National Security” movement of Dak Lak Province, Buon Kuop Hydropower Company received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee in recognition of its outstanding performance in the movement in 2025.
Attending the conference were Major General Tran Van Duong – Director General of the Department of Movement Building for National Security Protection (V05), Ministry of Public Security; and chaired by Mr. Dao My – Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee and Head of the Steering Committee for crime prevention, social evils control, and the “All People Protecting National Security” movement.

Over the past year, Buon Kuop Hydropower Company has implemented a comprehensive range of measures to ensure safe, stable, and efficient power generation, contributing to national energy security mission. Alongside production activities, the Company has strengthened security and safety measures for facilities and workforce through proactive and close coordination with local authorities and police forces in maintaining social order and security in the area.
Regular communication campaigns have been carried out to enhance employees’ understanding and sense of responsibility in crime prevention and legal compliance, contributing to a safe and disciplined working environment. The Buon Tua Srah, Buon Kuop, and Srepok 3 Hydropower Plants consistently complied with regulations and guidelines from authorities on security, asset safety, and environmental protection throughout their operation.
At the conference, Mr. Dao My – Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee and Head of the provincial Steering Committee, commended and awarded collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements. Among the honorees, Buon Kuop Hydropower Company was highly recognized for its significant contributions to the “All People Protecting National Security” movement in 2025.
