Establish
Power Generation Corporation 3 EVNGenco3 was established pursuant to Decision No. 3025 / QD-BCT of 1 June, 2012. This followed the restructuring of the Phu My One Member Liability Ltd Company, a number of dependent generation companies, and a number of project management boards. EVNGenco3 also took control of the owner’s capital of a number of joint-stock power generation companies of Vietnam Electricity, operating under the Vietnamese Law on Enterprise.
Equitizing following the Decision No. 2100/QĐ-TTG dated 27 Dec 2017 of the Government regarding approval on equitization plan of the parent company - Power Generation Corporation 3. Power Generation Corporation – JSC has operated from 1 Oct 2018, Stock Code: PGV
