Buon Kuop Hydropower Company is a unit under Electricity Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO3) and needs to recruit workers, specifically as follows:

2. Position: Medical staff according to the following job description:
- Carry out work related to health and occupational hygiene at the Office of Buon Kuop Hydropower Company and hydroelectric plants managed by the Company; develop plans, first aid equipment, essential medicines and emergency situations for labor accidents; Develop plans and organize the implementation of periodic health examinations, examinations to detect occupational diseases, and medical assessments to determine the level of reduced working capacity when suffering from labor accidents or occupational diseases; Organize first aid work for people suffering from occupational accidents, and common medical examination and treatment for workers; nursing work to restore labor function.
- Advise on measures to prevent and control occupational diseases, propose work arrangements suitable to workers' health.
- Organize working environment monitoring; Check compliance with hygiene, disease prevention and control, and ensure food safety.
- Organize first aid training for workers, propagate and disseminate occupational hygiene information; prevention and control of occupational diseases.
- Establish and manage information on occupational hygiene; Manage periodic health examination records of employees and health records of people with occupational diseases.
3. Professional qualification requirements
- Professional qualifications: Graduated from a medical professional school (including: physicians, pharmacists, community health, high school nursing, student midwifery).
- Foreign language: Reading and understanding specialized English.
- Informatics: Proficient in office informatics.
- Soft skills: Proactive, creative, flexible, able to handle situations and problems that frequently arise at work. Ability to advise, propose good solutions to solve tasks and coordinate ability.
4. Type of contract expected to be signed: 1-month probationary contract, if successful, a 1-year (12-month) labor contract will be signed in accordance with the provisions of the 2012 Labor Code.
5. Priority modes
- Graduation diploma with good or excellent grades (regular system) from domestic and foreign training schools.
- Candidates are employees of subsidiaries and units under EVN and EVNGenco3; Spouses, biological children, siblings of employees who have worked for EVN, EVNGenco3, Buon Kuop Hydropower Company for 15 years or more.
- Applicants must have a medical professional practice certificate or occupational health professional certificate;

6. Salary and other income
- Ensure stability, in accordance with the rules and regulations of EVN, EVNGenco3 and Buon Kuop Hydropower Company.
7. Age, health
- Age from 22 to 35 years old, healthy enough to work according to regulations of the Ministry of Health.
8. Working conditions
- Work location: Buon Kuop Hydropower Company - No. 22 Mai Xuan Thuong, Thanh Nhat Ward, City. Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak and hydroelectric plants managed by the Company.
- Working hours: 8 hours/day, no more than 48 hours/week, Company agrees to work overtime when necessary.
- Rest time, occupational safety and hygiene: According to the regulations of Buon Kuop Hydropower Company and the 2012 Labor Code.
