+ Understanding of servers, databases, email applications, and websites.

+ Ability to read, understand and write common programming languages.

For workers operating thermal power plants:

+ Graduated from a full-time university majoring in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, etc., ranked from Average or better.

For Laboratory Chemistry Workers:

+ Graduated from a full-time university or college majoring in environmental chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemistry related to coal, oil, etc., ranked from average to good.
