On May 23, 2023, the delegation from the Power Generation Corporation 3 visited and presented gifts to the operational and production staff at Mong Duong 1 Thermal Power Plant on the occasion of the "Workers' Month" in 2023.
The delegation was led by Mr. Le Van Danh, the General Director of the Power Generation Corporation 3, along with representatives from the Trade Union and various departments of the corporation. They visited to inquire about and encourage the workers to maintain production, make efforts to ensure electricity supply in the face of severe weather conditions, prolonged heat waves, and ensure stable operation of the power plants, ready to respond to the demands of the Power System Operation.

On this occasion, the delegation from the corporation presented a cash amount of 40 million Vietnamese dong and a gift worth 2 million Vietnamese dong to the workers at the power plant. Prior to this, the Trade Union of Mong Duong Thermal Power Company visited and presented gifts to two female employees who were facing difficult circumstances, with each gift valued at 5 million Vietnamese dong.
The delegation visited and presented gifts to the Repair Workshop of EPS at Mong Duong
As part of the program, the delegation also visited the Repair Workshop of EPS at Mong Duong, inquired about and encouraged the workers to actively complete their tasks, ensure sufficient manpower and resources, and be ready to address any equipment abnormalities.
To timely encourage the workers during the Month of Workers and in conjunction with promoting the work of ensuring electricity production during the peak dry season of 2023, the Labor Union of EVNGENCO3 organized direct visits to all power plants under the corporation, with a total amount of financial support and gifts reaching 257 million Vietnamese Dong. This close attention serves as motivation for the collective of EVNGENCO3 workers to actively strive, fulfill their duties, and meet the plans assigned by EVN/EVNGENCO3.
