GENCO 3 donates a negative pressure isolation room to Binh Thuan Province

During the last time, accompanying with the country to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic, the Power Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO 3) has organized many times to donate medical masks, hand sanitizer solutions for units and organizations in many provinces. Continuing to respond to the Party's and Government’s campaign to generally fight the epidemic, on the afternoon of April 21, 2020, the Corporation has coordinated with the Department of Health of Binh Thuan Province to hand over and officially put into operation of a negative pressure isolation room for the General Hospital of Binh Thuan Province.

The total value of the negative pressure isolation room funded by the Power Generation Corporation 3 is nearly VND 600 million, which is designed, installed and tested in accordance with standards of the Ministry of Health.

The Corporation’s support and its affiliates in the area (Vinh Tan Thermal Power Company, Vinh Tan Thermal Power Project Management Board) is to share difficulties of Binh Thuan Province, contributing to actively participate in the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic, especially in the complicated situation of epidemics at the present; and also help the General Hospital have favorable facilities to serve and treat people afterward.

Also at the donation ceremony, the Corporation and its affiliates also offered 100 medical protective clothing, 30 safety glasses with the total value of about VND 50 million to the General Hospital of Binh Thuan Province in order to provide positive conditions for doctors to ensure the safety during the treatment and care of patients.
