In the joyful atmosphere to welcome the Tan Suu Lunar New Year 2021 and under the spirit of "Warm Spring, Happy Tet Holiday", from January 27th, 2021 to February 4th, 2021, the Corporation Power Generation 3 and its Trade Union has visited and encouraged employees and workers in remote areas where still suffer from many difficulties.
In the joyful atmosphere to welcome the Tan Suu Lunar New Year 2021 and under the spirit of "Warm Spring, Happy Tet Holiday", from January 27th, 2021 to February 4th, 2021, the Corporation Power Generation 3 and its Trade Union has visited and encouraged employees and workers in remote areas where still suffer from many difficulties. This is one of the good traditions of the Electricity Industry and the Corporation on the occasion of Tet Holiday and Lunar New Year to share, motivate and support employees and workers of the Corporation to welcome the spring festival; at the same time, it also encourages staff to be on duty during the Tet Holiday to complete their tasks and ensure the safe power production during the Lunar New Year 2021.
In this Spring, the delegation of the Corporation and its Trade Union has visited and encouraged employees and workers who are directly on duty during the Tet Holiday at the Se San 3A Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Ninh Binh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, Vinh Tan Thermal Power Company, Phu My Reconditioning Workshop under DVSC Company and other power companies of EVNGENCO 3 as well as other employees implementing the Thuong Kon Tum Hydropower Project under Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company; and also visited some families in especially difficult circumstances of workers and employees in other units.

At the meeting, when visiting and wishing a happy New Year, leaders of the Corporation and its Trade Union have asked about working conditions, labor environment and life of employees and other representative works and cares to their material and spiritual life, encouraging employees to enthusiastically emulate the productive labor, successfully completing all targets and tasks as assigned in the New Year, as an important condition to stabilize the income and benefits for employees and members of the Trade Union.
Understanding that the year 2021 is still difficult and the Covid-19 pandemic is also still very complicated, leaders of the Corporation require all units continue to strengthen the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control in order to complete all business and production tasks in any situation. At the same time, the Trade Union at all units undertakes to improve the advocacy and propaganda works, so that employees can understand, sympathize and try best in implementing targets and tasks of the year 2021 as well as following years of units in particular and of the Corporation in general.

Greeting the coming Tan Suu Lunar New Year, the delegation has given New Year’s wishes to all employees of companies and units and handed lucky moneys and gifts at the beginning of the year as a meaningful and traditional present, and each on-duty employee has received the best wishes for health, steadiness in work, peace in life and many other nice wishes to all employees to welcome a happy and warm New Year with families and their relatives, and all of the units are hoped to be united to complete all assigned tasks and plans in 2021 of the Corporation

On behalf of all employees and personnel, leaders of units thanked the Corporation's timely encouragement and sentiments to them and promised to fulfill assigned tasks and contribute to the successful implementation of production and business duties and political affairs of the Corporation in 2021.
Also on the occasion of business trips to visit and wish the Lunar New Year 2021 at units, the Corporation’s Trade Union has met, visited, encouraged and gave gifts to families of workers that are in extremely difficult circumstances or suffer from dangerous diseases; although the value is not high, it partly makes workers and their families feel happier when the Spring comes around.

These are opening activities in the chain of activities of the Corporation's Trade Union in 2021 to achieve the throughout targets of the Trade Onion of the Vietnam Electricity in particular and of the Trade Union in general that is “For the benefits of Trade Union members”, towards union branches. Based on activities as mentioned above, it has partially shown the concern of the Corporation's Trade Union to units, union members and employees, especially in the traditional Tet holiday.
