Recognizing that corporate culture not only strengthens brand identity but also plays a crucial role in motivating employees, Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company organized a specialized training session on corporate culture for its employees on November 19, 2024. The session was led by Dr. Thai Tri Dung, a lecturer at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

During the training, Dr. Thai Tri Dung provided in-depth insights into the key aspects of establishing and implementing EVN’s corporate culture, helping its employees gain a broader understanding of corporate culture in a global context, within Vietnam, and specifically at EVN. The session also explored philosophies, worldviews, and perspectives from renowned philosophers, scientists, and successful business leaders.

Employees actively engaged in discussions with the lecturer on a variety of significant and practical topics, including approaches to foster workplace motivation within departments and workshops, the significance of success and happiness for individuals and organizations, methods for self-motivation and positively influencing colleagues, strengthening team engagement, and generating beneficial energy to maintain well-being and daily productivity.  

Corporate culture training remains a key priority for the leadership of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company. The company implements these programs in various formats to foster a united work environment, inspire employees to uphold a strong spirit of dedication, optimize their skills, enhance productivity, and improve overall work efficiency.
