The attendants of the Sports festival were Mr. Dinh Quoc Lam - Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Mr. Le Van - General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Vu Quang Sang - President of Trade Union in the Corporation. It is also an honor of the Sports festival o welcome Board of Directors of EVNGENCO3, the Heads/Deputies of Departments of the Corporation; Member of the Standing Committee, Member of the Executive Committee of the Corporation; representatives of leaders and 327 athletes (athletes) from 15 member units, affiliated companies in the Corporation.
The Sports festival for workers and officials of EVNGENCO3 in 2022 took place in 3 days, from August 17th to 19th, with 04 sports: Badminton, Tennis, Football, Table Tennis including 14 competitions and the Men's Doubles Tennis tournament for workers and officials. Athletes competed enthusiastically and excitedly as the spirit of sportsmanship, fun, solidarity, honesty, and nobility, also followed to the Rules of the Sports Festival as well as the Rules in each sport. Many athletes have trained with big effort to defend their title won in the previous Sports Festival. At the same time, there are a lot of new factors who strived to achieve high rankings in this year's tournament. Football made the most emotions in the hearts of fans. The football matches were extremely dramatic, attractive with many skillful coordination and beautiful goals … Especially in the two matches in the final round for 3rd place (Vinh Tan Thermal Power Company compete to Thai Binh Thermal Power Company), and for the championship match (EPS Company compete to Vinh Tan Thermal Power Plant 4), it was a dead heat and had to wait until the penalty shootout to find the champion.
For the end-result, the first prize belong to the athletes of Mong Duong Thermal Power Company, the second prize belong to Buon Kuop Hydropower Company and the third prize belong to the athlete delegations from Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant, Ninh Binh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, Ba Ria and Phu My Thermal Power Company. Besides, in order to praise the spirit of competition and encourage athletes in this Sports Festival of the Corporation, the Organizing Committee awarded 04 consolation prizes and movement prizes to 05 participants that actively trained and competed in the Sports Festival.
The Organizing Committee also awarded the First, Second, Third and Consolation prizes for 14 competitions of 04 subjects to the teams at the end of the Sports Festival.

The Corporation's Sports Festival this year took place successfully due to four factors: The athletes competed with their best efforts, the fans joined and cheered enthusiastically, the fairness of the Referee Team and especially the well preparation of the Organizing Committee.
The Sports festival once again make a mark as the development of the Corporation and it is also a great opportunity for employees to exchange, learn and share experiences with each other; improve their spiritual life, create connection among all units in the Corporation. Moreover, The Sports Festival contributes to increase the spirit of employees in the Corporation to carry out business and production tasks successfully in 2022, and at the same time to strictly follow the guidelines and themes of trade union activities in 2022 “Taking care of jobs and life for workers; strive to achieve the highest the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels"”.
Continuing the success of the Sports festival for workers and officials of Corporation in 2022, at the Closing Ceremony of the Sports Festival, the Organizing Committee of the Sports Festival assigned Mong Duong Thermal Power Company as the host to organize the Sport festival for workers and officials of Corporation in 2024.
