ENVGENCO 3’s electricity output of April, 2018 was 3.187 billion kWh. Accumulating in the first 4 months of 2018, total electricity output produced of the corporation was 11.846 billion kWh, in which, of the dependent companies were 10.638 billion kWh, reaching 32.22% of the production plan of the year.

I. Status of production- business & investment- construction in April, 2018

1.Production – Business work:

ENVGENCO 3’s electricity output of April, 2018 was 3.187 billion kWh. Accumulating in the first 4 months of 2018, total electricity output produced of the corporation was 11.846 billion kWh, in which, of the dependent companies were 10.638 billion kWh, reaching 32.22% of the production plan of the year.

In April, 2018, the thermal power plants of the corporation were highly operated. Accordingly, in comparison with the production plan, in the first 4 months of 2018, Vinh Tan 2 Thermal Power Plant got 111% of the plan, Buon Kuop Thermal Hydropower Plants reached 142% of the plan.

2. Electricity market work:

Phu My Power Plants (Phu My 1, Phu My 2.1 and Phu My 4), Vinh Tan 2, Mong Duong 1, Vinh Son – Song Hinh shall join the electricity market by directly offering the normal bid.

Ninh Binh, Thu Duc, Se San 3A Power Plants shall join the electricity market by indirectly offering .

3. Investment, Construction work:

EVNGENCO 3 has continued to boost the execution timeline of these projects: Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant, Vinh Tan 4 Ext. Thermal Power Plant, Thai Binh Thermal Power Plant and Thuong Kon Tum Hydropower Plant. Especially, on 9th of April, 2018, The Ministry of Construction hold the ceremony “Hanging the construction signage to celebrate 60 years of the traditional day of Vietnamese construction industry for Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant” after the completion results of S1 unit and the entire of Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant construction of the Owner were approved by the State Board Examination. Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant had completed and was brought into operation sooner than the schedule nearly 3 months.

Solar power projects in Ninh Thuan Province, Dak Lak Province have continuously being promoted for investment by the corporation. Particularly, with Vinh Tan 2 Power Plan (in Binh Thuan Province), on 4th of April, 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Trade approved to add this project into the Power Development Plan of Binh Thuan Province .

4. Environmental work

Environmental protection work at power plants in general and in the Vinh Tan 2, Mong Duong 1 and Ninh Binh Thermal Power Plants has continued to be assured. The results of periodic monitoring of emissions, wastewater and surrounding environment were within the limits of current regulations. The Vinh Tan 2, Mong Duong 1 Thermal Power Plants continued to maintain the regular access for the government and the local to visit and supervisethe work of electricity production, operation and environmental management once a month. The ash treatment work of the Vinh Tan 2 was well controlled.

II. Work Plan for May, 2018

Estimated electricity output of the corporation in May, 2018 is 3.257 billion kWh, in which: the output of the dependent accounting companies and of the joint stock company is 2.892 billion kWh and 365 million kWh respectively The corporation continues to focus on stabilizing the production of thermal power plants: Phu My, Vinh Tan 2, Mong Duong 1, Ba Ria, Ninh Binh and highly operated according to the water flow and regulatory plan at all hydropower plants belong to Buon Kuop Hydropower Company.

The environmental work is continued to maintain and focus with many methods, especially, at Vinh Tan 2 Thermal and Mong Duong 1 Thermal Power Plant. Continuing to push Mai Xanh Company in order to speed up the testing process to bring out 03 lines of production of “Unleaded unbaked building materials” into operation. It’s expected that in May, 2018, Mai Xanh Company will own the standard certificate of unbaked bricks brick for selling to the market.

In May, 2018, The corporation focuses on organizing the first shareholders’ meeting, implementing synchronously the management tasks; registration of business and td transferring the work as the company commences to operate as a joint stock company.
