Following the teaching of Uncle Ho: "Spring is the time for planting trees, making the country more and more prosperous," in response to the tree-planting festival, all employees of Mong Duong Thermal Power Company participated in planting trees in the factory area.
This is an annual practical activity of the company to contribute to protecting the environment, creating a green-clean-beautiful landscape in the workplace and production workshops. Through this, it enhances the awareness and responsibility of employees for the environment as well as improves working conditions for laborers in 2023 and the following years.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Thap, Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of the company emphasized: "Tree planting is one of the environmental protection activities that contributes significantly to building a sustainable development company. Protecting the environment is both a goal and a top priority, going hand in hand with the company's production and business activities."
Through the program, Mong Duong Thermal Power Company planted a total of 800 phoenix trees and 15 ban trees.
Earlier on January 27, 2023, Mong Duong Thermal Power Company collaborated with the People's Committee of Cam Hai commune to plant 610 grass trees in the area at the end of the cooling water discharge canal in Cam Hai commune, Cam Pha City.
