At the Ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hung - Politician/ Military Executive Committee of Tuy Phong District handed over the decision on the establishment of the Military Executive Committee of Vinh Tan Thermal Power Company. According to this Decision, Mr. Thien Thanh Son - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Company is appointed to be Commander of the Military Executive Committee of Vinh Tan Thermal Power Company, Mr. Do Huynh Phong - Deputy Director of the Company is appointed to be Deputy Commander, Mr. Vang Thanh Hung - Deputy Director is appointed to be Politician and Mr. Tran Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Head of Administration and Labor Department is appointed to be Deputy Political Officer.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hung - Politician/ Military Executive Committee of Tuy Phong District emphasizes the role, position and importance of the Military Executive Committee of Vinh Tan Thermal Power Company. In addition to performing professional tasks, the Company's Military Executive Committee needs to consult the Party Committee and Board of Directors to develop defense and security plans at units, coordinating with local forces to be always ready to assure the security and safety of the Plant and important works related to the national security.

Mr. Thien Thanh Son - Director of the Company said that “this is an honor but also a great responsibility for comrades of the Company’s Military Executive Committee. The collective of the Company’s Military Executive Committee will plan and cooperate with the Military Executive Committee of Tuy Phong District and other local military agencies, and self-defense forces in the local area to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
In the upcoming time, the Company’s Military Executive Committee desires that the Military Executive Committee of Tuy Phong District will pay attention to and facilitate the training in terms of use of weapons and support tools for the Company's Self-Defense Forces, thereby contributing a major part in successfully completing two key tasks including “Operating continuously and safely, promoting the economic efficiency and assuring the highest safety for the Plant”, and other important works related to national security.
