On March 23rd, 2022, Power Generation Corporation 3 organizes a training program on effective working skills for the purposes of digital transformation in the Corporation. The program is held in the online form, attracting more than 55 trainees who are leaders and employees directly participating in the digital transformation of EVNGENCO3.

The Program is held by the Corporation in coordination with PeopleOne Joint Stock Company including 4 topics: Digital transformation and administration change requirements in the organization; digital transformation in the electricity industry and EVN's digital transformation orientation; corporate culture; digital transformation and some important working skills that managers need to know in the context of digital transformation and in the VUCA period (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity environment).
Contents of the training course are condensed, mainly focusing on strengthening the governance capacity, perception change of digital transformation among employees at the Corporation in the current period of Industrial Revolution 4.0, knowledge improvement of digital transformation and necessary changes of the company. By using practical examples, illustrative videos and clips and short exercises, the Mr. Le Thanh Hai - Lecturer, Chairman and Director of PeopleOne Joint Stock Company and Ph.D. Ho Chi Dung - Manager of the Education Department have shared their knowledge and experience on the pillars related to digital transformation in general and some new values in particular such as digital culture; skills in digital collaboration and approach to data analysis, thereby contributing to accelerating the digital transformation to take place faster and more effectively.

EVNGENCO3’s representatives said that the Program is part of the Training Plan on Awareness Change of Digital Transformation in 2022 of Power Generation Corporation 3 to promote the digital transformation program on the basis of a positive cultural background, learning and mastering the knowledge of digital transformation in general and knowledge of digital transformation in the electricity industry in particular. Thereby urging the change of awareness and actions of all employees for successful digital transformation.
