On April 14th, 2023, Buon Kuop Hydropower Company organized the Employee Conference 2023 with the participation of 120 delegates representing 234 employees of the Company. The Conference is presided over by Mr. Tran Van Khanh - Director of the Company and Mr. Nguyen Duc - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Company.

At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam - Deputy Director of the Company reports the performance results, employment situation and income of employees in 2022 and the mission orientation in 2023. On this basis, the Company’s electricity output is 3,299.8 million kWh in 2022, reaching 124.8% of the plan assigned by the Corporation (2,645 million kWh). The Company always assures the efficiency of environmental protection,water regulation downstream and contributes to flood reduction as well as the sufficient water supply for people.
The Conference has discussed the Company’s production situation, labor contract performance, contents of the Collective Labor Agreement, internal labor rules and other regimes, policies and requirements that need to be implemented to make employee satisfied.
Mr. Nguyen Van Huy - Vice Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union responds to recommendations of the employees from the Employee Conference at all levels, and most of the recommendations are responded properly. Additional, Mr. Tran Van Khanh - the Company’s Director and Mr. Nguyen Duc - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union accepted and recorded the recommendations arising at the Conference, and they also directed Departments/Divisions for settlement in the up coming time.
Representatives of the Leadership and Trade Union of Buon Kuop Hydropower Company signed the emulation agreement
At the Conference, the Leadership and Trade Union of the Company launched the Emulation Movement and signed the emulation agreement between the Trade Union and the board of experts in the performance of production and business tasks in 2023. The Company undertakes to increase the electricity output up to 900 million kWh in 6 months of the dry season to reach the cumulative electricity output milestone of 35 billion kWh in August 2023 according to the plan assigned by the Corporation.
