These activities include launching workplace sanitation campaigns and maintaining cleanliness in the areas of the power plant and residential areas. Each employee in the workshops is conscious about maintaining cleanliness in their workplace and work areas, as well as contributing to the beautification of the power plant premises to keep them green, clean, and attractive.

In order to minimize plastic waste, the operating workshops have promoted the message to employees to avoid single-use plastic bags and disposable plastic products. The company provides each employee with a stainless steel lunch box to carry their meals, eliminating the need for plastic bags or single-use plastic products. They encourage everyone to use environmentally friendly products.

Especially, the management of hazardous waste at Buon Tua Srah, Buon Kuop, and Srepok 3 power plants is always carried out seriously, with regular organization of waste sorting and transfer to designated storage areas as per regulations. Every year, the company signs contracts with capable units for waste treatment and disposal. For domestic waste, it is also collected and transferred to the designated location by the environmental company for proper processing.

In addition to environmental improvement efforts, the power plants also focus on addressing climate change through tree planting activities. From 2021 to the present, Srepok 3 Hydropower Plant has planted over 3,000 green trees, Buon Kuop Hydropower Plant has planted over 2,000 trees, and at Buon Tua Srah Hydropower Plant, more than 5,000 trees have been planted, extending from the plant premises to the reservoir area. As a result, the coverage and density of greenery have been increasing, providing significant environmental protection benefits.
