The delegation was led by Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. The monitoring delegation visits the factory
During the supervision session, the company's leadership representative reported on the implementation of policies, laws, and energy development from 2016 to 2021. In the process of implementation, the company encountered some difficulties and obstacles that need to be resolved, and they made recommendations to the supervisory delegation of the provincial National Assembly delegation, such as the need for local support policies for energy development, converting coal-fired thermal power plants to biomass and coal combustion, land allocation, and attracting investors to develop sustainable clean energy in the province's planning. The delegation also suggested that the authorities issue specific regulations and roadmaps, as well as orientation solutions to gradually replace coal-fired thermal power plants with natural gas or renewable energy sources to meet the demand for electricity for socio-economic development.

She timely grasped the implementation of policies and laws on energy development in the period of 2016-2021 as well as the production and business situation and difficulties of Ninh Binh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company in practice. At the same time, the delegation also acknowledged and received opinions and recommendations to synthesize and complete the monitoring report to be sent to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in the coming time.
