Implementing the "Customer Gratitude Month" in 2020 and towards the 66th Anniversary of the Vietnam Electricity Traditional Day (December 21st, 1954 - December 21st, 2020), succeeding activities towards the people in the Central affected by natural disasters, storms and floods over the past time, from December 15th to 18th, 2020, the Power Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO 3) assigned a delegation to donate 80 computers to schools in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces.
Representatives of EVNGENCO 3 and Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company donated computers and gifts to representatives of the School Board, teachers and students of Muong Hoong Primary School, Dak Glei District, Kon Tum Province
At this time, participants of the delegation are representatives of the leaderships of the two affiliates of EVNGENCO 3 located in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces, including Se San 3A Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, 08 schools have received computers donated by EVNGENCO 3. In Gia Lai Province, there are Nguyen Viet Xuan Primary School and Secondary School, AyunPa Town; Quang Trung Primary School, Ia Pa District; Lo Ku Ethnic Boarding Primary School and Secondary School, To Tung Ethnic Boarding Primary School and Secondary School, Kbang District. In Kon Tum Province, there are Dak Ring Ethnic Boarding Secondary School, and Dak Ring Ethnic Boarding Primary School, Kon Plong District; Muong Hoong Ethnic Boarding Secondary School and Muong Hoong Primary School in Dak Glei District. These are schools with a high number of students, most of them are ethnic minorities; schools are located in remote areas, mountainous terrains, so it is difficult to travel; especially the facilities have not met teaching requirements.
Mr. Dinh Van Hanh - Representative of the Education and Training Department of Dak Glei District, Kon Tum Province said that “School’s facilities including computers are one of the decisive factors for the effective implementation of the new secondary education program. However, facilities of many schools and classes in the area are currently lacking and out of date. The support of EVNGENCO 3 has promptly helped schools in the district in particular and in Kon Tum Province in general overcome difficulties concerning machinery and equipment, thereby schools can be more proactive in teaching, and students will access to information technology to improve the education quality".
At the donation ceremony in each school, representatives of the EVNGENCO 3’s delegation have shared difficulties with the School Board, teachers and students, and also said that activities of "Towards the Central", "Customer Gratitude Month" were one of the practical works of the Corporation, partly sharing difficulties with local people in provinces, including schools. The Delegation hoped that gifts would help schools have better facilities to assist the teaching and learning, completing goals set by the industry.

Representatives of EVNGENCO 3, Se San 3A Power Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company donated 10 computers, 1000 notebooks and many essential items such as blankets, towels, super-speed kettles to each school in order to organized the day-boarding. In addition, the Delegation also carried out electrical repairs, replacement of lights, ceiling fans for some schools. All are the heart of all employees and staff of EVNGENCO 3, joining hands toward the people in the Central for a better life.
