Với mục tiêu nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ cán bộ làm công tác tổ chức nhân sự, EVN đã phối hợp cùng với Khoa Quản trị và Kinh doanh, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội để triển khai chương trình đào tạo Quản trị nhân sự hiện đại cho đội ngũ làm công tác tổ chức và nhân sự với 5 chuyên đề được tổ chức tại 03 miền: Bắc, Trung, Nam.

To improve the quality of officers in charge of personnel organization, EVN has cooperated with the Management and Business Department under the Hanoi National University to implement the Training Program on Modern Human Resource Management for officers in charge of personnel and organization with 5 themes, and the Program was organized in the Northern, Southern and Central Vietnam.

In the South, EVNGENCO 3 was assigned by EVN to organize and coordinate the above-mentioned training program with the theme “Organization and Personnel” from June 23rd to June 26th 2020 at Ho Chi Minh City Electric Power College with the participation of more than 40 trainees (exceeding the initial registration criteria) - this reflected the trainees' interest in the “Modern Human Resource Management” training course in general and the theme “Organization and Personnel” in particular as organized by EVNGENCO 3.

This program is a part of EVN's organization and implementation plan on the Human Resource Management Project for the period of 2018 - 2025 and vision to 2030. Participants of the training program in this period are trainees taking charge of organization and personnel of EVN and its subsidiaries. The specialized training program on Organization & Personnel has taken within 04 days and focused on training of 03 main contents including: Capacity framework development; Recruitment & Appointment; Work Design (assignment and development of job descriptions).

The attraction right from training contents to the lecturer’s teaching style had created a lively discussion atmosphere in each class; trainees were enthusiastically expressed their perspectives attached to the reality in each unit.

In addition to studying time, trainees from different units of the Group also had time to exchange and discuss their learning experiences about organization and personnel.

The training program is expected to bring new knowledges and thoughts, help officers in charge of organization and personal have a wider and overall view, thereby including the human resource management of EVN into the development of industy 4.0.
