In the afternoon of January 26th, 2018, Generator 3 Company successfully organized an introduction workshop about investment opportunies into GENCO3, attracting many potential domestic and international investors.
Representatives of the Government Office, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the State Securities Commission, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, leaders of the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), leaders of Electricity Generating Corporation 3, representatives of some securities companies as well as many potential investors including many prestigious financial institutions and investment funds attened this event.

At the seminar, Mr. Dinh Quang Tri - Deputy General Director of Electricity of Vietnam introduced the overview of EVNGENCO3 equitization plan approved by the Prime Minister. In addition, Mr. Dinh Quoc Lam - General Director of EVNGENCO3 also helps potential investors and the media understanding more about the equitization of the company such as the number of shares to be auctioned in the IPO to strategic investors and preferential shares for employees; equitization consultants for EVNGENCO3; IPO information and the process of selling shares to strategic investors.

To evaluate objectively the business situation of enterprises when equitization, Barry Weisblatt - Director of Investment Analysis of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (Viet Capital) - a unit in the equitization consultancy introduced, analyzed the business situations about the major advantages of GENCO3 in the competitive power market, created a stronger foundation for the future.
